MindRaider is an interesting integration of mapping and outlining aimed at organising information resources.  The information can be represented as concepts that are organized in Notebooks. An RDF-based metadata layer allows the presentation of the information in flat, hierarchical, graph-oriented and semantic based views.  Notebooks are further organized in Folders.
